1978            With the name of BALLI KALIP a small manufactory was established by   Hasan Ballı. It produced many moulds, apparatus and private machines. The company extended its machine course and working field.

 1986    It begun mass-production as its first pressing machines were acquired.

1993  As a consequence of reconstitution, the company became institutional and renamed as    BALLI METAL. After enabling fine-blanking presses,  it began the serial production of sheet metal parts for brake systems.

1993    The company realized its first exportation to Germany, with brake pedal serial   production project, which is still on course.

1995   Thanks to Fine Blanking Moulds, the company started the production of        “Disc Brake Back Plates"

1995 – 1999 Subsequently buying CNC  Wire Erosion and CNC Vertical Machining Center, the company developed the production capacity and product quality of    its Moulding Shop.

2003   The company headquarters was moved to the new factory building in Kayapa Industrial Area, whose first stage is completed. Having completed the first stage of the construction, BALLI  METAL has been currently operating in total 5200 m² of area which consist 4200 m² of assembly plant and 1000m² of open field. The second stage of construction process is to start in end of the summer of 2006 and going to operate in the end of the year 2007.
